The two-color injection molding electro-permanent magnet (hereinafter referred to as: magnetic mold template) is specifically designed for two-color injection molding machines. It is a new type of magnetic mold clamping system that uses electrical pulses to switch the magnetic force on and off. It utilizes the characteristics of different permanent magnetic materials to design an optimal magnetic circuit with multiple magnetic sources. Through an electrical control system, the distribution of internal magnetic lines is controlled and the magnetic field is converted, allowing the superimposed magnetic field to reach equilibrium within the system. Then, the mold is held in place using magnetic force. Simply put, it uses magnetic force to hold the mold in place for injection molding. The function of the magnetic mold template is to increase the speed of changing different molds to reduce downtime and improve factory efficiency! Experimental data shows that mold changes generally only take 3 minutes, and even extra-large molds only take about 10 minutes.
