The Qianhao quick mold change system is a key technology for improving production efficiency and flexibility. Its components mainly include the following aspects:
1. Magnetic templates: Magnetic templates are divided into moving mold side and stationary mold side, and are the core components of the system. They use permanent magnetic materials to achieve quick positioning and fixing of the mold.
2. Main electrical control cabinet: Responsible for the control and power distribution of the entire mold changing system.
3. Remote controller: Allows operators to remotely operate the mold changing process, improving convenience and safety.
4. Connecting cables: Used to connect various components to ensure the transmission of signals and electricity.
5. Fasteners: Used to fix various components, ensuring the stability and reliability of the system.

Working principle of magnetic template:
When working, the magnetic template mainly relies on permanent magnetic materials such as Alnico and NdFeB to generate magnetic force. Therefore, it does not require external power supply during normal operation. Electricity is only needed for the moment of magnetization or demagnetization (approximately 2 to 3 seconds). Once the magnetic force is activated, the electromagnetic force will not disappear even if the work is interrupted, and the magnetic force can be maintained for more than 30 years.
Influence of mold temperature on magnetic template:
Mold temperature directly affects the performance of the magnetic template. In order to adapt to production needs under different temperature conditions, the company has developed products of different temperature grades, including magnetic templates suitable for mold temperatures of 120℃, 150℃, 200℃, and 300℃.

Influence of mold heat insulation plate and processing methods:
Because of its non-magnetic properties, special treatment is required for molds using heat insulation plates to ensure that the magnetic template is in direct contact with the mold fixing plate:
1. Install a heat insulation plate between the injection molding machine back plate and the magnetic template.
2. Install a heat insulation plate between the mold fixing plate and the male (female) mold.
Through the above processing, it can ensure the direct contact between the magnetic template and the mold fixing plate, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the mold changing system and the stable fixing of the mold.
